2025 Summer: Architected end-to-end optimization system that transforms manual biology lab workflows into automated protocols. Built constraint programming engine, multichannel and multidispense pipetting optimizer, cross-contamination prevention algorithms, working with transform-tree architecture spanning robot backend to user interface.

Data Anticlustering Research [currently sending for publication]

Collaborated on developing novel Self-Perceived Dissimilarity (SPD) metric for quantifying dataset dissimilarity from individual element perspectives. Our team researched and proved mathematical properties including semi-metric behavior and global maximization conditions for well-separated clusters. Demonstrated applications in balanced team formation, clinical trial design, and clustering validation. Collaborated with Prof Carlos Galeano Rios Phd, Cynthia Bortolotto Phd, my classmate Dmytro Antonovych.

COVID-19 SIR Model Simulation

Implemented SIR epidemiological model simulating COVID-19 spread in Washington state using numerical methods. Applied Euler method for differential equation solving with 2D and 3D visualizations of population dynamics over time. Part of school assignment.
